Job Purpose:
Providing a competitive Customer Experience by a flawless Logistics Execution.
Lead the Logistics Operation to ensure service and financial performance targets are consistently met.


Responsibilities:
Directs country warehousing operations to meet the company’s business objectives:
Delivers against agreed SLA’s and Customer expectations.
Ensures alignment, coordination and cooperation with respective sales country/region on logistics and reverse logistics.
Manages transportation carriers (ie SLA’s, cost and service) together with the European Transportation Director.
Drives European and Global logistics initiatives into the LC.

Delivers on financial budget commitments (i.e. AOP, Capital Plan) for the Logistics Centre.
Develops and delivers on operational AOP plan for key functional areas (i.e. freight, inventory control) including investments and capacity demands.
Acts as a fully integrated member of the wider business team supporting the development of business strategy and ensuring Logistics alignment with that strategy.
Develops and implements communication channels with all levels of the operations team, ensuring effective communication of business and departmental objectives and performance of the team.
Develops and implements proactive customer solutions that support the business in differentiating TD SYNNEX from our competitors


Knowledge Skills and Experience
Strong knowledge of logistics and / or Warehouse Integrated systems and Warehouse design
Ability to ensure logistics center successfully supports the business objective
Results orientated
Ability to work in fast paced constantly changing, multi-national environment take quick decisive actions including a functional matrix organisation
Broad Supply chain experience is an advantage
Strong leadership and communication skills
Customer focussed
Process driven
Able to build solid, effective working relationships with others.

Arbetsuppgifter
Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att leda och fördela arbete samt resurser på avdelningen enligt de direktiv som tilldelats dig. Ditt ansvar är att sträva efter att uppnå uppsatta mål/KPI med bästa kvalitet. Du kommer arbeta för en trivsam arbetsmiljö, aktivt arbeta med förbättringar av arbetssätt och processer på avdelningen. Hos oss är de viktigt att vara en teamplayer och stötta andra avdelningar för att gemensamt nå logistikens mål.

Personalansvar
Ansvara och stötta sina medarbetare för att lösa sina uppgifter
Ansvara för att utbildning och utveckling av medarbetare planeras och utförs
Verka för en god kommunikation och samverkan inom logistiken samt mot andra avdelningar inom TD SYNNEX
Ansvara för att avdelningens rutiner & rapportering görs korrekt och i rätt tid.
Tillsammans med stödfunktioner & ledning se till att all utrustning och maskiner i verksamheten underhålls och hanteras på ett korrekt och säkert sätt
Vägleda och utbilda egen personal att hantera enklare fel och driftstopp i verksamheten

Position Summary
This role is based in our Logistics Center and manages our Operations teams (Inbound, Returns and Outbound departments) and reports to the Nordic Logistics Director.
The overall responsibility of the Operations Manager is to maximize performance of the operation by directing the daily, weekly and monthly activities, providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements and operational performance targets.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Motivate, develop and lead the team to achieve expected performance targets
Responsibility for planning production and staffing, and to ensure excellent execution of plan to meet productivity, quality and service goals
Develop and implement effective processes and ensure all site operating procedures and Safety Rules are adhered to
Ensure a Health & Safety working culture practice with rigor and consistency at all levels to deliver a safe, secure, clean and fair work environment for all employees
To take part in key company and warehouse development projects
Liaison with select external suppliers and service providers, internal stakeholders, e.g., Finance, HR, IT, security assurance, end-customers, and members of the Country Sales Teams in the Nordics



Position Qualification
You probably have a bachelor’s degree or relatable supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, cross dock or supply chain environment. We expect you to have a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience including experience of managing bigger teams in an operational working environment.
You have a good knowledge about warehouse/logistics processes and solutions
You have good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and experience from SAP EWM or other WMS

Analytical and able to analyze operational and financial data and prepare appropriate reports and other business correspondence
Highly communicative – able to talk at team meetings, or to make presentations to the staff or to the management

Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines
